When I download a file, it opens in my browser or in my media player. How do I save it? Right-click on the link instead and select 'Save Target As' (Microsoft Internet Explorer) or 'Save Link As' (Mozilla Firefox). |

Can you recommend a good movie viewer? Microsoft Windows Media Player and Apple Quicktime are by far the best viewers for Windows platforms. |

Why am I repeatedly asked for my username and password when
downloading particular files? Our servers need to verify that your account is authentic when you retrieve a file. Once you're logged in you will not be asked for it again. |
